What I’ll Be Watching

Many of you know that I’m a huge fan of Dr. Gabor Maté’s work. His new book, The Myth of Normal has hit the New York Times bestseller’s list as well as Oprah’s top choice for books on trauma– it reached #1 on her list!

His book, Scattered Minds, is about ADHD and has also hit the NYT’s bestseller’s list.

Gabor is an old friend of mine and I couldn’t be happier for him.

But get this:

He will be talking to Prince Harry about trauma, live, Saturday, March 4 (12 pm EST). You can watch it, too.
