What I’ve Been Reading
Ever dread coming to the end of a book you can’t put down? That’s what’s happening right now. I’m reading Into the Magic Shop: A Neurosurgeon’s Quest to Discover the Mysteries of the Brain and the Secrets of the Heart, by James Doty, M.D. I saw Dr. Gabor Mate’ interview him on YouTube and this man, this neurosurgeon, began to cry- on stage, in front of an audience- as he spoke of how he saved a young boy’s life when brain surgery took a bad turn.
You can watch part of the interview here .
What I’ve Been Up To
I have a few slots open for online consultations via Zoom. These have become super popular, so if you’re looking to work with me one-on-one, grab an appointment. We meet live on Zoom (or you can request email consultations instead).
What I’ve Been Using
I love Magic Erasers!! Did you know you can clean your white leather sneakers with them? I also use them to remove dirt and handprints from doors and walls. Used dry, you can also remove marker stains from whiteboards.
Here are more ideas on how to use them.
Find them at Amazon: Magic Erasers.

Are you Quirky?
I wrote a blog post some months back about having ADHD and being “quirky”- a topic we at the Queens of Distraction talked about at one of our chat nights. We talked about feeling different, but in a good way.
Did you miss it? Here it is again: Are you Quirky?
