What We’re Saying- Check Out This Cool New Podcast for Women with ADHD:
Climbing the Walls
Journalist Danielle Elliott interviewed a number of ADHD experts: Sari Solden, Dr. Ned Hallowell, and others…and me. This fascinating project, Climbing the Walls, part of Understood.org, is a limited-series investigative podcast exploring the recent surge of women being evaluated- and diagnosed- with ADHD.
We all include our own personal stories, which I think you’ll find interesting.
More episodes will be added weekly.
Sari’s session with some commentary by yours truly, is the April 9, 2025 episode titled “She wrote the book on women, shame, an ADHD. The pioneers of research on ADHD in women come of age.”
Understood.org is about to launch an entire section on women with ADHD and I’m honored to be a part of this new venture. Stay tuned for updates!

The EasyWring Microfiber Spin Mop, Bucket Floor Cleaning System
Features hands-free wringing thanks to the unique foot pedal spin mop design, so you have less mess when mopping. Control the amount of water and moisture applied to floors making for easier wringing and quicker-drying floors.
