Here’s my list of what I’m exploring this week.

What I’m Saying
Self Magazine quoted me in their article: “How the Pandemic Is Helping Some Women Realize They Have ADHD.” My friends and colleagues, Dr. Ellen Littman and Sari Solden also share their thoughts and advice. PS Scroll down to see what Sari has in store for you!
What I’m Watching
Are you familiar with Dr. Oliver Sacks? PBS’s American Masters is running a special film about his life and it is FASCINATING! Hope you can catch it—I’m watching it online: Oliver Sacks: His Own Life.
Where You Can Find Exceptional Online Events
Sari Solden is offering a one – hour workshop this Saturday, April 17, 3 – 4 pm EST:
Post Pandemic Transitions for Women with ADHD
Women with ADHD, especially inattentive or introverted, working from or at home during the pandemic, may have unexpected feelings of anxiety or fears about transitioning back to a post pandemic life, a new normal unrelated to the fear of covid itself.
Sari will talk about our experiences and engage the group and I’ll be there, too, to briefly share my thoughts and experiences as well.
This is an extremely interesting and important discussion, and how lucky to have Sari lead it!

NOTE: Space is limited, and registration closes at noon, April 16.
