Every so often, I’ll Google my name. Usually, it’s to find articles I’d written and then lost, but today I found one and it’s…about me! What I’m Cooking
(ADHD-Friendly Recipe)
3-ingredient Teriyaki Chicken
Ingredients for 4 servings
- 2 lb chicken thighs, sliced
- 1 cup soy sauce
- ½ cup brown sugar
Preparation
- Sear the chicken thighs evenly in a pan, then flip.
- Add the soy sauce and brown sugar, stirring and bringing to a boil.
- Stir until the sauce has reduced and evenly glazes the chicken.
- Serve with rice, if desired.

Ways to Relieve your Migraine
I get migraines. Can I repeat? I get migraines and this has been a game changer. It’s an Electric Scalp Massager and it has helped me tremendously. Use it dry or in the shower.
