I’m Terry Matlen and it’s been my dream to create a place where women with ADHD can come together and get specific help with what they need.  Each day there will assignments to do along with hints on how to do them.  This program is like no other out there and it is my hope that you will provide feedback on what else you need to get through your day to day life.

Every day, there will be a different program for you to jump into- you get to pick which group- to connect, to gain skills, to get things done, to ask me questions, and so much more. I’ll even have special guests dropping in-other experts in the world of ADHD.

Daily Assignments

Laundry Day – Any day can be laundry day, but we have dedicated Tuesdays to laundry. Hints and Hacks will be posted to help with this task.

Theme Day Thursdays:

Week 1 – Terry’s Q/A- I will answer your questions while encouraging discussions.

Week 2 – Hints and Hacks – Anything and everything to make your ADHD life easier.

Week 3 – Healthy Living -This will include nutrition, self-care, exercise, and meditation.

Week 4 – Social Hour- the breakout room will be open all day. This is an opportunity for you to meet with other members and just enjoy your time together.

In the months that contain five Thursdays, we will offer scenarios and invite discussions.
